This application does not guarantee selection and is subject to a final review. All selections are made to ensure the highest quality program for all participants and partners. Your responses should highlight your role, involvement, and impact on direct program spend within your organization.

Registration

Exclusive Event Sales and General Registration will be offered in two waves.

Exclusive Sales and Sponsorship for SITE SoCal Members Only – Registration to purchase an Experience Package, Duo Package, Admission to Exhibit at Sponsor Showcase, Available Sponsorship Options will go live at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, September 5 - Friday, September 15. Pre-sold sponsorships will be automatically registered based on each individual sponsorship.

General Registration for ALL Planners and Suppliers10:00 AM on Monday, October 3. All guests who purchased the Experience Package or Duo Package are responsible to manage their guests through this registration process. You will also be responsible for registering during this phase as well. This includes all Sponsors as well.

Requirements

Please remember that you must be a current SITE SoCal member to purchase an Experience Package or Duo Package. One package per membership limit, unless you are a Holiday Event + Charity Gala Sponsor. Membership number required at the time of purchase. If you are not sure of your membership number, please contact site@siteglobal.com to avoid any issues once registration goes live.

Registration Package Options

Our commitment to elevating your experience is steadfast, and we are excited to announce the continuation of our curated Experience Packages and Duo Packages, thoughtfully designed for our esteemed SITE SoCal Members. These packages offer a spectrum of access to the event, ensuring a tailored fit for your preferences.

#1) Member Table Experience Package $6,750.00
Includes the following:

  • Hotel Accommodations for (2) Nights for (4) Planners and NEWLY ADDED (2) nights for (1) Table Host at the Host Hotel
  • Admission to Welcome Reception
  • Admission to Fun in the Sun
  • Admission to Come Together Breakfast
  • Gifting Experience for YOU and Your Guests
  • Admission to Give Back Get Back
  • Admission to SITE Takes Palm Springs
  • (1) Table at the Charity Gala Dinner for (8) Guests (SITE SoCal to Provide Table Décor)

+ As a reminder you are also responsible for a donation of Two (2) Items Valued at $500 each. (If a hotel stay donation, 2-nights minimum for each)

Additional Supplier Hotel Accommodations will be available at a Discounted Rate. Web link will be provided. (Based Upon Availability, Individual Pay On Own)

+ Please note, if your table has more than (4) Planners, you will be charged an additional $850 per Planner which will include Hotel Accommodations for 2 nights. If you have less than (4) Planners, you will not be refunded. If your Table has more than (4) Suppliers you will be charged an additional $650 per Supplier, hotel accommodations will not be provided, individuals pay on own.

Hotel Accommodations

Planner Reservations

Reservations will be made through Event Registration for December 13-15. Additional nights can be reserved on own, and are subject to availability.

Suppliers/Vendors

SITE SoCal has reserved one hotel room for December 13 - 15th at the host hotel for the supplier who purchased an Experience Package. Additional rooms for suppliers will be available at a discounted rate for our suppliers who purchased an Experience Package or Duo Package. Due to venue availability this year we have discounted rooms available for December 13-15, at the following properties:

Miramonte Resort & Spa Indian Wells rate of $279.00 with a discounted $10.00 Resort Fee. Please call 855-820-0744 and let them know you’re with the “SITE Southern California Group” before November 13.

Hyatt Regency Indian Wells rate of $289.00 with a discounted $10.00 Resort Fee. Call 800-233-1234 before November 22.

These rooms will be on a first come, first serve basis, and will sell out.

In Conjunction With (ICW) Events

Our goal as SITE SoCal members is to support our focus of giving back. If you are attending our event, we will now require approval for any ICW events that are in conjunction with our SITE SoCal Holiday Event such as hospitality suites, large group events, etc. Our sponsors are our lifeline to the continued success of the SITE SoCal Holiday Event, and we want to ensure they get the exposure that they paid for as well as our charities.

Should you wish to host an ICW during the event, a donation is required in good faith to SITE SoCal based upon your ICW budget. Our recommendation is ~ 10% of your ICW budget. Events, time and location to be approved with SITE SoCal Board of Directors. Please direct all ICW questions to our President, Liz Smith at liz@eightoneevents.com.

Variety – the Children’s Charity of the Desert

Formed in the Coachella Valley in 1987, Variety – the Children’s Charity of the Desert is dedicated to promoting the health, mobility, independence and social inclusion of special needs and disadvantaged children throughout the Coachella Valley. By providing life-enriching assistance to Coachella Valley children, Variety hopes to help children experience all the joys of childhood while growing to become confident, independent and free to access all that the world has to offer.

Our vision is that all children, regardless of ability or income, are able to actively participate in their communities and experience all the joys that come with being a kid. We believe that all children should have support to reach their full potential.

i5 Freedom Network

Since 2015, the i-5 Freedom Network has been working to empower survivors of human trafficking, equip hotels with the tools to identify and safely report suspected trafficking activity, and mobilize entire communities to take informed action to end human trafficking.

Our founder, Brenda Wells, was impacted by the prevalence of human trafficking globally and locally and was stunned to discover the lack of services and resources for survivors once they had been "rescued" from the life of trafficking. Without vocational training, reliable transportation, job placement support, and a sustainable income, survivors are at high risk of recidivism when adequate services are absent.

Today, the i-5 Freedom Network has provided critical training and resources for more than 400 English- and Spanish-speaking stabilized participant survivors annually, the tools for thousands of workers in the hospitality industry to become heroes in the fight against human trafficking, and engagement opportunities for the public at large to be aware of the warning signs and how to take action. Located in San Clemente, CA and led by an engaged Board of Directors and a dedicated team of volunteers, the i-5 Freedom Network has become an integral part of the healing process for human trafficking survivors throughout the greater Orange County and Southern California area and a powerful ally in the fight to end human trafficking.
