It’s here, 2026. A brand-new year full of promise, purpose, and possibility. I’m honored and energized to serve as your SITE SoCal President this year, and I truly believe we are stepping into a defining chapter for our community.
This year’s theme—Lights, Camera, Take Action—is more than just a tagline. It’s a call to each of us to step into the spotlight of our own lives.
Lights is about illuminating the people and possibilities around us. Let’s shine brighter by lifting one another up—through mentorship, collaboration, and celebrating every win, big or small. Let’s spotlight creativity, resilience, and the passion that makes our industry thrive.
Camera reminds us to focus. To pause, reflect, and set our lens on what matters most. Whether that’s evolving professionally, growing our businesses, or deepening our relationships; 2026 is our moment to capture the things that truly move us forward.
And most importantly… Take Action.
Because brilliance without motion is just potential.
This year, your SITE SoCal Board is committed to action. Together, we’re focused on:
- Delivering engaging and relevant educational programming that reflects the needs of today’s incentive and events landscape
- Increasing the ROI on our events—so every interaction delivers value, connection, and inspiration
- Strengthening partnerships and sponsorships through elevated activations and storytelling
- Expanding our community impact through charitable collaborations and hands-on service
- Investing in emerging leaders through mentorship and board pipeline opportunities
We’re raising the bar, but we’re also opening the door. This chapter belongs to all of us. And we want you to be part of the action.
